What does the free plan actually include?

One full project with tasks, a price list, a gallery, and a file manager. Unlimited invoices, clients, and quotes, plus the client portal. 100 MB of storage. No time limit, no credit card. It's enough to handle one job from start to finish and make sure the app fits you. When your work takes off, you just switch to a higher plan.

What does "bring your own AI key" mean in the Pro plan?

In the Pro plan, you connect your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Perplexity. You pay the AI provider directly — these queries typically cost fractions of a cent. We don't add any margin. In the Max plan, AI is fully included and you don't have to set up anything at all.

Is my data truly private and safe?

Absolutely. Unlike big platforms where everyone shares a single database, your data is stored in a private, isolated architecture on your own subdomain. We don't look into your invoices or customer files — not even if we wanted to.
